1. Proprietary Intellectual Property Rights

All content, architecture, graphics, design tokens, data visualizations, charts, analytical dossiers, and software interfaces available on or through CRA services are the sole and exclusive property of CRA or its licensors. The CRA name, mark, and stylized Ghanaian Adinkra philosophical motif (UAC Nkannea — "The Light of Innovation") are proprietary trade marks of CRA.

2. Prohibited Conduct & Strict Scrape Bans

• Automated Scraping Prohibition: You shall not use any web crawler, robot, spider, scraper, deep-link, or automated data-gathering tool to access, acquire, copy, index, or monitor any portion of CRA telemetry feeds or underlying data matrices.
• Artificial Intelligence Training Prohibition: Under no circumstances may any data, text, financial indicators, model templates, or publications found on this service be harvested, processed, or fed into any artificial intelligence, machine learning model, large language model (LLM), or neural network training dataset.
• Reverse-Engineering Ban: You shall not decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, formulas, or algorithmic pipelines powering CRA’s digital tools.

3. Digital Privacy & Data Protection Compliance

CRA processes data in accordance with:

• Republic of Ghana: Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843);
• Federal Republic of Nigeria: Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023 (NDPA);
• Republic of Sierra Leone: NatCA Act 2022, Cybersecurity & Crime Act 2021, Right to Access Information Act 2013;
• Republic of The Gambia: Information & Communications Act 2009 (Part VII), Data Protection Act 2024;
• Republic of Liberia: Telecommunications Act 2007 (Part VI & Sec 48), Freedom of Information Act 2010;
• Regional ECOWAS: ECOWAS Supplementary Act A/SA.1/01/10 on Personal Data Protection;
• International: UK Data Protection Act 2018 (UK GDPR) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (EU GDPR).

Strict AI Privacy Guarantee: Your confidential commercial data, financial statements, and personal information are NEVER utilized to train, fine-tune, or calibrate public artificial intelligence models, third-party LLMs, or commercial machine learning systems.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use and Digital Privacy Notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
